The Beauty Awards General Information
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
By entering The Beauty Awards you confirm you understand your commitment and will meet payment schedule as set out below:
INITIAL PRODUCT ENTRY
Initial entry cost per product entered: £226 + VAT.
You must provide six full-sized samples of each product that you enter. These samples will be evaluated and tested by our expert judges. SHORTLISTED PRODUCTS
If your product makes the Shortlist, you will be invoiced for £2,570.00 + VAT per product.
This covers:
- Inclusion of product image and details in The Beauty Awards 2024 Digital Shortlist Showcase.
- Inclusion of product image and details on The Beauty Awards 2024 voting site, hosted at beautyawards.co.uk
- Two all-inclusive tickets for the Awards Ceremony and gala dinner on the evening of 25th November 2024.
- Use of the official Shortlisted logo (only in association with the shortlisted product).
We also require a minimum of 250 full-sized products for inclusion in our Goody Bags which will be, gifted to attendees of the Beauty Awards Ceremony. Delivery details will be confirmed at a later date. Visit our partners, – leaders in fashionable footwear!
HIGH COMMENDED & WINNERS
- If your product wins a category, you will be invoiced for an additional £977.00 + VAT per product in November 2024.
- If your product is Highly Commended, you will be invoiced for £803.00 + VAT in November 2024.
This covers:
- Inclusion of product image and details in The Beauty Awards 2024 Winners Showcase brochure.
- Inclusion of Winner/Highly Commended product image and details for 1 year at beautyawards.co.uk,
- Use of the official Winners/Highly Commended logo (only in association with the Winning/Highly Commended product).
TICKETS:
Tickets include a welcome Drinks Reception, a 3-course meal and wine, beer and soft drinks, and a Goody Bag.
- Companies purchasing 10 tickets will have an exclusive table. Any tables under 10 or any additional tickets above 10 may be accommodated on shared tables. Special requests for tables of 12 can be made; however, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at time of booking. Tables are limited in number and subject to availability.
- Additional tickets for the 2024 Beauty Awards ceremony can be purchased at a price of £399.00 + VAT per ticket.
- Full payment for tickets must be received before the event.

- Admission is strictly by ticket only. The Beauty Awards and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission to people not in possession of a valid ticket.
GOODY BAGS
Goody Bags will be available to collect in person from 22.45 on the evening of 25th November 2024. Only one Goody Bag per person. We regret that Goody Bags cannot be posted out in the event that a guest is unable to attend or needs to leave early. No cash alternative can be provided.
