Leading online beauty retailer LOOKFANTASTIC, part of THG Beauty, is launching a new online Dermatological Skincare hub service.
The hub was created by the beauty retailer to provide customers with comprehensive education, guidance and understanding to make better informed decisions when choosing skincare products.
Located on the LOOKFANTASTIC website, the hub will be home to all brands and products that are medical-grade and have been dermatologically tested and approved. Customers will be able to explore products best suited to their specific skincare needs, including those with eczema-prone skin, acne or psoriasis.
Customers will also be able to book one-to-one 30 minute virtual consultations with LOOKFANTASTIC’s pharmacist and ask questions to the brand’s team of beauty advisors through a live chat function. LOOKFANTASTIC is also launching a new content-led affiliate programme where customers can engage with doctors, dermatologists and credible ‘skinfluencers’, making skincare advice more easily accessible.
The ‘expert skincare’ category currently accounts for over 30% of LOOKFANTASTIC’s total skincare range and continues to grow in popularity, reflecting the growing need for customers to have access to credible guidance on effective products.

The Dermatological Skincare hub will be available at lookfantastic.com from the 1st July 2023.
