The Beauty Awards Voting Terms and Conditions

In submitting your vote to The Beauty Awards you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

The Beauty Awards is owned and run by Groupe Eurocom Digital Limited (GED) (registered in England & Wales; Company No 09821377) whose registered address is First Floor, 677 High Road, London, N12 0DA, United Kingdom (“GED”, “We” “Us” or “Our”).

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1       You must be 18 years or over and must be a resident of the United Kingdom to vote in The Beauty Awards.

1.2       The eligibility of any vote is at the sole discretion of GED.

1.3       GED reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred.

1.4       Only votes submitted through the official The Beauty Awards voting platform will be valid.

1.5       Votes must be submitted by midnight of 27^th October 2023.  Voting times may be subject to change.

1.6       We reserve the right to send an email confirmation to you to verify the authenticity of your vote.

1.7       GED reserves the right to discount votes which are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1.8       GED’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote is final.

1.9       Any personal data you submit will be processed and used by Us and on behalf of Our marketing partners only in accordance with Our privacy policy which can be found at https://www.thebeautyawards.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

2. PRIZE DRAW

2.1       When your voting submission has been verified and accepted you will be entered into a free prize draw.  If you do not want to be entered into the free prize draw please contact beauty@1530.com.

2.2       You must be 18 years or over to be entered into the prize draw.

2.3       There is no purchase requirement or cost to you to enter the prize draw.

2.4       All valid voting entries will be collated and the winners shall be selected at random and contacted within 28 days of The Beauty Awards event by the email you provided at the time of your voting submission. The decision in each case shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

2.5       If We are unable to contact any winner for whatever reason, or if any winner is not 18 years or over, that winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be chosen.

2.6       Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

2.7       Prizes may vary in whole or part from those described in any promotion.

2.8       GED does not accept responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or voting entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses or other causes outside their control.

2.9       GED does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant in the prize draw or as a result of accepting a prize. GED are not responsible or liable for any technical malfunction of any kind, including any damage to an entrant’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the prize draw. Nothing shall exclude any party’s liability for death or personal injury.
